Organic Restaurant in Majorca
In Son Gener we would like your gastronomic experience to be an essential complement to your stay with us.
We take special care of the products that we cook and produce as we think that the food as well as being rich and full of flavour should also be healthy.
The vegetables are from our own organic garden, the eggs are from our hens, the fish is always fresh and bought directly from the local fishermen and the meat is totally organic.
Also, every year we make our own sobrasada which is a product typical to Mallorca.
All this comes from our own cook of many years “Josefa”.
We also have our own wine celler where you will find many references to excellent Mallorquin wines. Come to our organic restaurant and enjoy the good quality in ecological food.
